I can't seem to get my profile picture to display. I have deleted and resubmitted but is still showing blank. I tried a couple of different sizes (both of which fit the requirements) but still no luck. Any idea what I've done wrong?

Well... I've tried a file sized much less than the max and reducing the picture dimensions to 200 pixels wide and still no dice...
I've also attempted uploading the pic from my harddrive as well as linking.
Quite frustrating.

I believe the restriction is 150x150 pixels max pic size and also 29kb max file size if you are talking about your avatar (pic under forum name).
