The Tech Tips are gone and have been for some time now. It's doubtful that any of them will return as it has been mentioned that to get them back may require a complete re-entry of the data by hand.
And the Tech Tips had never been updated since sometime in 2003 due to a loss of the password used by the Mods to get into that section and do updates.
