CF only allows Supporting Members to post attachments, and I do not believe you appear to be in that group (correct me if I'm wrong). So the only way you could post a video would be to "hot link" it (host it from outside of CF). In the latter case, your question is difficult to answer as it's dependent on the place you have the video hosted (YouTube, etc.)
