Thanks for the info Jim: When I hit the "post reply" just now to respond to you it threw me out. In "internet properties" I have the browsing history set to delete all cookies, etc. everytime i close down my computer. But it may be my firewall. I am going to try firefox as you mentioned and hopefully it will help.

I just tried to post a reply and it threw me out of the forum. This is my 3rd try and I finally made it. I'm still having problems with slow opening of different forum sites and trying to change my avatar. I went on to NCRS and changed my avatar to see if it works and it did. Only took a second to download. Same picture here keeps throwing me out.
