Help in posting items F/S...
I've attempted a couple of times to post an item for sale in the C3 forum and the post never appears. Is there a waiting period or is there something in my profile that is restricting me from doing so?

Have you tried to make another one since then?
New members are allowed to make only just so many posts for a short period of time. This was done to keep spammers from coming on the forum and posting their wares in many posts immediately. I don't know what those limits are.
When I say new members, I think it has to do with how many posts you've made, not how long you've been a member.
