Problems with Photo Bucket
When I try to download a video into the Forum, the whole folder is downloaded, anlong with associated files that i know nothing of. As per my post under "Test"

I'm not sure I understand your question. I found your Test post and the contents looked OK to me.
You are embedding the video into a post, but Photobucket is still the host. Basically, the forum is acting as a middle man and hot-linking to the source (Photobucket).
Of course, I'm using FireFox and the video you posted requires Flash.

When you looked at the video, was there a section on the left hand side that allowed you to see everything in my folder, and at the end of my video did a pop up show up showing recommended video??

At the end, 3 miniature pics popped up inside the area where the video had just shown that were for Related Videos by 3 other people.
