How do you report forum abuse?

How do you report forum abuse?
I was searching the forum today and have actually found many offensive posts by one individual and need to report him. I have searched all through the forum to report him and cannot find out how to report this abuse. Can someone please help?

Click on the little red triangle in the left corner of his post and it will give you a text window. Enter your complaint in that text window and hit submit. That sends the complaint to the moderators and/or administrators.
Althought that's just for that post, you can enter other information about his/her other posts in that same window.
