Default not able to post pic
my status says I cant post pics nor do I have the manage attachements options when trying to post a new thread. Can someone tell me why or what I need to do to change that?

You must be a paid supporting member to use the attachment feature. However, you can still post pics by hosting your pics. See some of the sticky's in this section for assistance.
