The CF response seems to me to be getting slower over the last couple of days. Right now, it's taking 30 to 45 seconds to get a new screen after hitting Enter. Every so often it will take over a minute.
All I see is "Waiting for forums.corvetteforum.com..." or every once in awhile "Waiting for static.ibsrv.net" or "Read jblsr.com"
I asked the question earlier on the general forum - apparently that was the wrong place as they locked the thread. I didn't know those questions went on this forum (I'll know in the future).
Would one of the moderators check on response times? -
if the forum is having issues, I'll be glad to get off for a while to keep the number of hits down and give them a break.
Thanks

I did some major tuning on my computer yesterday and this morning the forum was pretty fast (by CF forum standards) but this afternoon it's been even slower than usual again. Every other site I visit is just fine and lightning fast by comparison.
This crap really gets old around here.
I was getting these most of yesterday and earlier today (before 1:30 PM CDT), even though I'm using Firefox with AdBlockerPlus.
Typically, I can get the full page of titles approximately 7-8 seconds after I double click the shortcut on my desktop. However, yesterday and earlier today, it was taking quite a bit longer. Even opening a thread was taking quite a while.
It does seem to be close to normal since I got on about 5:30 PM today.
Was pretty slow for me yesterday too. I thought it was just me and my computer. Glad to see in a way, it wasn't just me thou. Means my computer is ok. Seems to be fine today.
