Your account does indicate you should receive Instant Email Notification when a thread you participate or subscribe to receives new activity.
Have you checked your Spam/Bulk/Junk folder? You are using MSN as your email provider. I ran a check in the database for new accounts using that provider for the past 15 days. Of those, the majority are showing up as Regular Members with only 3 that are in Users Awaiting Email Confirmation. What this means is that it appears those who are using MSN, and recently registered, must have received email from CF in order to activate their account. If they did not receive the email from CF, or did not act upon the email, they would be shown as Users Awaiting Email Confirmation. Thus it appears email would be getting delivered to others using sbcglobal.net.
I've also sent you a test message from the CF. Did you receive it?

Check your webmail program, if you're using an email client (Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook, etc.)
I re-checked the database and there have been 7 new users who signed up since 7/30/10 that are using MSN.com as their email address and all of them are showing as Registered. This means all 7 received the email notification to activate their account.
Given you apparently did not receive my test message I sent from CF server, and still not receiving any email notifications while other MSN users are, I'm guessing they are being flagged as Spam/Bulk/Junk in your webmail.
If the above does not resolve the issue, then it may be an account issue with MSN. I've seen this before with Yahoo.com email addresses where, suddenly, one user does not receive any email notifications to their Yahoo.com email address and it's not in their Spam/Junk/Bulk folder while other Yahoo.com users receive theirs. In those cases, creating a new Yahoo.com account was the only fix. In those cases, there is very little CF can do as it's beyond their control.
If you didn't receive the test mail from the CF server that I sent you, and you've checked your webmail's Spam/Junk/Bulk folder, then I'm afraid there is not much further that CF can do as it appears emails are being delivered to others using the same provider you are. I'm not saying it's your fault, but it sounds like an email provider issue. There is really little CF can do once the email is sent as it's out of CF's hands.
