Help - Can't open Off Topic...

I can open all subtopics of off topic, except for the off topic main forum. When I click on it, It shows me the same screen with the 4 subsets of off topic in a never ending loop...anyone else have this issue?

When I click on Off Topic, all I get is a list of everything in Off Topic. All other sections seems to be working. Is there a problem?
