password problem

password problem
I cant log into forum from another computer I have because I dont know my password. Ive gone logged on this one to reset it, but once I get into the control Panel it tells me to enter the old password to continue...Thats the friggin reason I want to reset it because I dont know it...Whats the work around?

If the email address on your account is still valid, you can reset the password by clicking on the following link and entering in the email address that is on your account

If you no longer have access the email address listed on your account, then the above won't work (obviously).
If the latter case, you can PM an Administrator (such as Savewave) or myself to manually change your password.
