Contacting Photobucket
Having no luck getting anywhere with my photobucket account.
I go to the home page and within a couple of seconds the screen goes blank?
How can I contact Photobucket to find out why?
First try deleting your browser's cache. If that does not address the issue, make sure you're not running any security software that may interfere with the webpage.

It means the temporary internet files. If using IE, it should be as simple as going to Tools menu and Internet Options. From there you can delete your Temporary Internet Files. I would not recommend deleting cookies at this stage.

Got it.
Still not able to get to my photobucket account though. I go to the page or log in and in seconds my screen still goes blank.
Have been Emailing their support systems. Been doing as they suggested but still no luck.
