Why lately on my Windows 7 PC do I need to double click the left mouse button to go back one page? This is not the case on other web pages.

Modern Mouse? I have one - a Microsoft wireless. This problem is not on web pages other than Corvette Forum.

Make sure you are signed in before you begin your session that should fix it. Worked for me
