Problem when posting new thread
When ever I start a new thread I prefer to use all caps in the title. Problem is no matter what I do it will get changed to the first letter is capital and the rest are changed to lower case. It happened with this thread also. Others have found a way around this problem but I'm having no success.

You can have a title contain words that are all Capitalized, such as CA, in part of the thread title would not revert to Ca. But you cannot have the entire thread title in all caps.
In each of your example, there's atleast one character that is not capitalized, and thus, the "shouting" script does not work.
The "e" in Sale is not capitalized
"in a box" is not capitalized
The "x" in xTRA is not capitalized
