10 year tags??

It suppose to be automatic, but some cases it has to be manually applied. I checked your account, and you're just some days short of the 10-year tag. Your account was registered on Nov 30, 2000 and we're just at Nov 5, 2010 so it's not quite 10-years yet - according to the system that applies the promotions.
