Do a search. You will need a host. I use photobucket.com. Upload then copy the IMG code and paste it in your post.

They probably do, or should, but this thread didn't originally start in this section where those stickies are found so they probably weren't seen.
Attachments, a feature frequently found on vBulletin and other forum software, are reserved for Premium Memberships: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/payments.php
However, pictures can still be posted inline (embedded) if you have them hosted. A common host is http://www.photobucket.com/
