I had this issue once, What the cause was I changed the settings to mobile theme and it wouldn't let me access the forum on a computer, Did you by chance change your settings?

OP previously posted about this issue and I had responded to the other thread. I'm uncertain of the issue without details. I did check his account, at the time, and his account shows normal.
It's possible the OP used the drop-down style menu on the bottom left or upper right corner (which that is cookie-based while the menu in the UserCP is account based) to change to the mobile theme and I can't see it.
Without further information, it's difficult to help. But if there's a chance it's the above, deleting all CF cookies and revisiting the site should resolve that.
