Delete messages

You show 3 visitor messages that are marked as deleted. Members cannot delete those deletion notices as that option is only available to staff members. The software does not allow the ability to give members this option besides "soft" deleting. The software only allows staff the ability to physically delete those messages.
Do you want me to physically remove those 3 messages? Please confirm, if so.

Thanks for the response. It's not really necessary to delete the messages, I just wanted to clean up the page and just thought there had to be some easy way to do it. Not being on the cutting edge of computer technology, I was not really surprised I could not figure this out. I really appreciate your response. Have a great day.
