A question about pics
When you've taken a pic and you want to highlight something in the pic by drawing a circle around it or you draw an arrow pointed at it, how is that done? How do you put that in the pic?

You will need to use program to edit the picture. I suppose if you're using an Android or Apple device, there's probably an application that can do this. Otherwise, you will need a 3rd party program to edit photos.
Two free photo editing utilities I recommend:
The Gimp: http://www.gimp.org/
This program can be quite complex, thus, it can take time to learn how to use. However, it's a powerful program when needing to edit photos.
IrfanView: http://www.irfanview.com/
This program is lightweight and pretty easy to use, although it's not as powerful as The Gimp. This program will do your basic editing (setting dimensions, cropping, highlight sections by drawing, etc.).
