All you need to do is copy the IMG Code tag in Photobucket. It will be the last item in the little dropdown menu under the photo you want to post. I am assuming that you have a placed your photos with a photo hosting site and Photobucket is the most common.
If you are still having trouble go to the Help section on the forum and look at the post on How to Post Photo's.

Sign up for an account on either Photobucket.com or Tinypic.com. Once registered, you can download your pics to either of those sites and then copy the IMG link to your post on the forum.
I like Tinypic as it offers a quick and easy way to resize pics for use on the forum.
I have the same question. I am reading the help and it says to upload the image as an attachment, but is no attachment button under the message box and the rules box at the bottom of my new thread does not allow me to upload attachments.
I stumbled on that sticky after I found this thread. Thanks. But searching for 2 hours on the search Help and reading the help for attachments and rereading and rereading I still don't see where it says you have to be a supporting member. If you do have to be a supporting member why is it not mentioned in the Help or an error window come up when you try to follow the written instructions?
Perhaps that could be made more clear, but there is message there about not being able to post attachments. It's located at the very bottom of the full-reply form where it gives you a brief permission status. Yours should say "You may not post attachments".
