Default Have a MAC need help

I have a MAC book computer and not sure how to completely use it yet. So can someone please explain to me how I can start a new album under user CP? I started an album but when I go to upload pictures. It has three bubbles there that all say "choose file". I know I cannot download directly from my iphoto and all images are saved to photobucket.com already. What do I do from there? Posting images on the forum I can do, this has me stumped.

The images must be stored on your local computer to upload them to your album on CF. The 3 browse buttons will only open the file manager for your local machine.

As you indicated your photos are on Photobucket, and not your local machine, this process isn't going to work.
