I know my user name and password but forgot password 1 time cuz I was at home computer. Anyhow the forum now makes me E Mail for a numerical code every time I want to look at something.

I see no issue with your account. You should not be prompted to enter a numerical code from CF. What is the exact error and can you provide a screen capture?
If you're entering in the correct username and password combo, there is nothing on your account that would do what you're describing. Instead, you would be directed to a Lost Password Recovery form where you would enter your email address and the forum would then send you a special link to click on to activate the Lost Password Recovery process - which would then assign you with a temporary password.
