iPad crash

Anyone else having iPad safari crashes? (using the full website version not mobile)
It's ok browsing, but crashes if I type a long post or private message.

Please try the following:
1) Go to UserCP: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/usercp.php
2) Go to Edit Options: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/prof...do=editoptions
3) Scroll down to "Message Editor Interface" (near bottom)
4) Change it to Basic Editor
I checked your account and you're using Enhanced Editor. You will notice the smilies no longer appear in the PM and Reply interface when you change it to Basic Editor.
Basically, I wonder if the smilies, which aren't displayed in the PM and Reply interface when using Basic Editor, is the cause of the browser crashing.

In another recent discussion, Robb suggested the following:
"Double tap the home button, then press and hold on one of the apps shown. When they start to jiggle, please manually close each one using the minus sign that appears at the top left of each app. Once they are all closed, please reopen safari and see if you still have issues trying to advanced reply."

Just an update, so far changing to the basic editor option seems to be doing the trick.
I even typed this reply on the iPad without a crash!
