So for about the past month or so, every 5th click or so doesn't get a response back from Corvette Forums.
If I wait for a minute or so the browser will tell me it didn't get a response. If I click again right away when I notice it's not responding, it works.
This may or not be related, but about two weeks ago I was posting on these forums and managed to get some nasty spyware. It blew right through Avast and Adaware. Wiped out all my desktop icons and Program File icons. It took me a day and a half to track down, research, and fix.
Is it possible this intermittent issue has something to do with a borked server in the lineup in the datacenter where CF is hosted? I don't get this behavior with any other sites.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
Occasionally, over the last few weeks. Not a problem today though.
No spyware... just the first problem you described.

Edit: For example, when I clicked on "submit reply" for the above post, the screen didn't reload even after waiting 90 seconds. I then clicked on the "submit reply" icon again and immediately got a screen saying I was trying to submit a duplicate to my last post. Again, only this site.
Me too, might be IE. I noticed this when I'm replying to a thread where others are at the same time. When I exit out & reload, it usually works fine.
I can increase the % of time this behavior happens if I don't hit CorvetteForums for several minutes before clicking again. I'll wait 5 minutes after this post, come back, and I'm fairly certain if I try to refresh this post it won't give me a response.
I've been logging all of my activity this morning in Fiddler. The red lines are the timeouts and as I mentioned, I can cause a repro case fairly easily by waiting 5+ minutes between consecutive http requests.
I'm willing to assist in any way I can. I don't think this is a client-side issue. I switched from FireFox to Chrome after the attack, and have several computers in my LAN I can hit CorvetteForums from (even outside my LAN with LogMeIn or RDP) and from different browsers, all with the same timeouts.
I have been having the same connection problem as the original poster (without the spyware attack) for about two weeks also. This is the only website affected. Any suggestions?

By the way, this is my third try at posting this!
Yes - It has been quite frustrating, I hope this gets fixed soon.
I have to wait for a thread to open when I click on it........but if I double click it opens right up??? Seems to tie in with the other glitches mentioned in this thread.
Mine started last night.
Another IB forum Ford Truck enthusiasts started doing the same thing today.
Other sites act normally and load normally and quickly.
With all the scripts running, it's a wonder you even get to the final page you clicked on.
Yesterday, mine was hanging a bit while waiting for simbeppc.com.
