Default Forum Cache

When I go to CFOT I usually go to the newest posts but when I read a post and click to return to last page it takes me to a page 5-8 days earlier. I reload and get the correct page each time but when I go back I get the old page. Happens everytime.

I thought it was my computer cache but realized it is only on the CFOT that this happens. ON any other web site I get the latest page to start; it is just on CFOT that there's a problem. My settings are set to go to latest page. I am using IE9.

Any explanation?

EDIT- Used Firefox and have no problem. So is it IE9 or forum cache?

I'm not 100% following your path, but the forums don't send a no-cache header, so content can be cached by the browser. This is a setting in the software, so you'll probably see differences between different sites. You can probably adjust your browser's cache so that it's disabled or minimal.
