Recent Posts feature skips thread
I just ran the recent posts feature (using one week, then 3 days) to return my recent threads. One of the threads -- where I just posted last night -- isn't showing up!
Why?
Also, I am getting intermitted downloads when I click on threads or the reply/submit button. My computer will download a file called reply.php (when submitting a post), or another *.php file when clicking on some threads. This behavior is intermittent and requires closing my browser to "cure". It happens with Google Chrome AND IE9. Windows7 OS.
Is the issue intermittent with the skipped threads in your My Recent Topics searches? Can you post a direct link to the thread in question? Is it still not appearing?
Regarding the page downloads, I'll check into the status as I'm not handling that. However, you're one of 3 that have reported the issue since July and I don't believe anything has been found. When you reported the issue in July, you indicated the issue came following updates to your computer: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/help...d-objects.html

This is the thread that's not showing up under my recent posts feature. I've tried several options (1 day, 3 days, 5 days, and a week). None of them return this thread -- though I posted last night.
For the newreply.php thing, it only happens with this forum. I belong to another car forum where it never happens. Nor does it happen with any other website. And, I've tried running this site with/without the "compatibility" option. The issue is intermittent.
EDIT: To be clear, I'm talking about the "Recent Topics" option on the top red bar.
