Ok, so I've looked all over the place and can't seem to find where I can disconnect myself from a thread I have subscribed to. This new LS7 thread is blowing up my email...... HELP!!!

While viewing the thread, go to Thread Tools and select Unsubscribe from this thread option.
Or in the UserCP, under "New Subscribed Threads" find the thread and click on the Unsubscribe link. If the thread isn't listed there, use the View all Subscribed Threads link and then follow the aforementioned.

Note that you can subscribe to a thread without receiving email notification. That way, the thread will be in your UserCP whenever the thread has been updated while you won't get email notifications. Go to UserCP and then Edit Options and change Default Thread Subscription Mode to No Email Notification if you want that to be the default method. Note changes aren't retroactive to existing threads with existing subscriptions.
