Only Supporting/Premium members can use the Attachment feature.
Posting pictures using the Mobile version is virtually the same as with the full version. You need to have the pictures hosted online, like with PhotoBucket, and then simply copy/paste the URL inside a set of IMG tags.
Like:
[img]https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/images/misc/c4.jpg[/img]
Each picture needs to be surrounded with a set of IMG tags.
