I have been a life member since 2010 and have never had a problem posting a picture. The problem of not being able to post a picture started this past weekend.
WHen I compose a post and then click on the icon above the msg box, nothing happens. In fact none of the icons abve the message box are now clickable.
I am using Firefox for Mac. I have not changed anything at all on my computer. No new applications or hardware have been added for over a year. I dont have a clue what has happened.
The function you describe depends on your browser's javascript. Make sure it's enabled. If so, make sure you're not filtering javascript through a plugin. If none of the above, try rebooting as that sometimes can cause strange browser quirks.

Thanks for the reply.
I checked Firefox preferences;
Java and Javascript are enabled
In Advanced,
The following are turned on;
Move or resize existing window
Raise or lower window
Change status bar text
You mention not to filter Javascript through a plug in. Sorry I dont know what you mean. What kind of plug in would filter Javascript ? I have not changed anything on this computer for over a year. The problem just started this past weekend.
Thank you for any thoughts and your assistance.
I did do a complete reboot. Nothing changed in trying to make any of the icons clickable, still cant get to icon to post a picture.
In your Firefox browser, go to Tools then Add-Ons. Click on the Extensions tab. Please provide what you see in either text or screen capture. If screen capture and you don't have an account with an external host (Photobucket, etc.) then email it to forumsupport@corvetteforum.com to my (JT) attention.
There is a slight possibility it's a javascript issue with the site, however, I have not seen such an issue or heard any reports thus far. I suspect it may be a browser issue. Just to make sure, can you try another browser?

Clicking on Tools>addons>extensions I see the following;
Adblock Plus
Cache Fixer
Dom Inspector
Get Mail
Link Visitor
Firefox is the only Browser I have. It strange this just started this past weekend. ??
Have you tried Firefox in safe mode? Go to Help and then select Restart Firefox with add-ons disabled.
Morning JT
I did as you suggested, safe mode and addons disabled. It made no change, still cant click on the icon bar to post a picture. Tonight, I am going to re-load Firefox. Since it was working until last weekend, maybe somehow, Firefox took a hit ?
I downloaded and loaded Firefox 16. I wanted a fresh download. Launched it and still could not post a picture and none of the icons just below 'messages' were click able. I restarted the computer in safe mode with addons disabled. Still the same.
Tonight, I dug my old Mac G4 out of storage. Its running OS 10.4.7 and Firefox 2.0.0.7 ( yes its old enough to vote with Version 2.0 Fire Fox)
Got her all swapped out and running. I am making this post on that old iron and old iron Firefox. I can click on 'insert image' and all other icons and they work perfect.
I have no idea whats going on with the other Mac.
But I am all set. My thanks for your support in trying to help with my problem
