Default javascript?

I am having the same issue as previous poster with menus and not being able to use emoticons or drop downs. Haven't changed any setting recently. Where should I look? Thanks

What browser are you using and what 3rd party plugins are you using? If you're filtering or blocking javascripts, those features on the site will not work.

Chrome and FF sometimes. I don't recall making any changes. I just seemed to have lost those functions.

We'll need to know what add-ons you're using with your browser. And if the issue is with both browsers. I don't see any issue, personally, with Firefox or Chrome. Generally, when someone has an issue with those functions it is because they're using 3rd party software to block or filter javascripts.

I use ghostery and adblocker but i've had those for a long time and this issue just started. I had this same issue a year or so ago but don't recall how I fixed it. Thanks

Only thing I found was you reported layout and some functional issues last year and you determined it was ghostery:
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/help...eric-look.html

The issue you describe in this thread is due to javascript being filtered or blocked on your computer. The functions are working fine with stock Firefox and Chrome browsers.

According to the ghostery add-on site:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/fir...ddon/ghostery/

The add-on:
Ghostery allows you to block scripts from companies that you don't trust, delete local shared objects, and even block images and iframes
So that is probably where the issue is.

I'd recommend that you use ghostery's support tools. Unfortunately, CorvetteForum can't always help when it comes to 3rd party software being used to alter the appearance or functionality of the site as there is simply no way for us to do so.
