What does this mean
I see the following on the bottom of pages, how does it effect my posts. What does this mean ?
BB code is On
Smilies are On
[IMG] code is On
HTML code is Off
Trackbacks are Off
Pingbacks are Off
Refbacks are Off

It tells the logged in member what permissions they have available. It's standard feature on vBulletin. The first 4 are the main ones, and you have permissions to use the features except HTML. No one has HTML permissions as it's a security issue.
So you can post inline images [IMG]
You can post smilies
You can post BB code [B], [I], etc.
