forum not responding
what the hell is going on with corvette forum? i'm in the middle of typing a response when all of a sudden, nothing. this notice comes on the screen that the forum is not responding. the other day when i tried to get on the forum, i couldn't. kept getting the same response, corvette forum not responding. what gives? anyone else have this problem saturday?

Yes, a lot of folks using Comcast have had problems.
Check the forum help section. If you're using Comcast, change your DNS to an "openDNS" or a "Google" DNS address. Do a google search and you're get lots of info.

I sicked my company IT guys on the problem and they stated "there was just flat out to much streaming video and adds on the pages you first get before logging in".

I agree, the initial load is terrible, not as bad once you are in the site. But still worse than it was a week or two ago. Something definitely changed, this site is getting to be as slow as LS1-tech and I never go there for that very reason.
