How do I post a picture from Flickr?

I don't use Flickr but assume it works about the same as the others.
Go to Flickr. Right click on the photo you want and choose "Copy Image Location".
When you make a post on CF, just above the box you type in are a bunch of icons. Click on the square yellow one that looks like it has mountains on it. That is the "Insert Image" icon.
Then right click and paste the url you copied in the first step. Click "Ok".

While viewing your photo in Flickr there should be a little button on the bottom right to "share your photo".
A popup with size choices and html code will show up. Before I copy and paste the code here, I like to strip out all the extra garbage from the code so it's just what's between the {img][/img] tags.

Interesting. Flickr at one time changed their rules to prohibit hot-linking to other sites and they set the codes up so you didn't get the results you expected if you tried to end-run the rules.
