Css and image issue?

Something is weird when I view this site on fresh install of windows 8 and Chrome.
The css is partially not loading. The sidebar images and thread images are all missing.
I can click on a missing image and open link in a new tab and the images is fine.
Anyone else having this issue?

I would suspect filtering is occurring with your setup but the fact that refresh allows some content to reload suggests a possible packet loss or other network issue on your local machine. If it were a global network issue, we'd probably all be seeing it.
