Here is the newsletter link. I've tried it on 2 computers and my iPad. They all error after imputing my email address.

I was able to subscribe using the link you provided.
However, I'm not sure if that's a good link. I'd try using the one on the homepage: https://www.corvetteforum.com/ where it says "Get the CorvetteForum newsletter" on the right column.
