New Site, missing scroll bars
Ever since the change to the new site design, I've been having issues with missing the horizontal scroll bar. It seems like the page loads, but if I attempt to arrow down too soon, the scroll bar never shows up and the page can't be moved. I have to refresh the screen and then it pops up on the second try every time. Not sure if this has been covered already, or something only affecting me because I'm going too fast for the system. If it matters, I'm running Chrome.
