Thread ratings?
I give. I did find where I could sort the thread list by ratings but I have not found "To do this, click on the 'rate thread' link at the top of the thread viewing page. Choose the number of stars you feel best represents the quality of the thread. You may or may not be able to change your choice of rating at a later date." Also when I sort by ratings the page reloads but the order doesn't change indicating that no threads have been rated. I even tried C7 and the results were the same.

As the thread rating is (globally) new and requires X amount of ratings per thread before the rating appears for the thread, you may not see a lot of results. Thus why trying to sort order by stars may not show any apparent sort change since the rating system isn't fully populated.

My issue is that there are no ratings shown anywhere on any thread in any section and no ability to set a rating on a thread anywhere. I see no "rate thread link". Could this be related to my logo issue? I have deleted everything and the only thing I haven't tried yet is rebooting. I deleted everything under browsing history and did not preserve favorite data and still the same results. Page reloads but is the same C7 default.

You should see a rating just above the first post in that thread as the Attachment shows. As this thread is closed, you can't rate the thread but the results are shown.
Like I said, there is few threads with ratings since it's new and takes X amount of ratings before the results are shown.
Edit: I do see a setting issue that may have prevented some from rating a thread rating and have made an adjustment. But the results of the ratings should be visible for all. There's just few that currently meet the criteria to display results.

OK! I see the rating in that thread. And I can see a thread in C6 that I could rate but that doesn't have enough ratings yet to show up as rated. The issue seems to be mostly solved but how about this thread we are posting in. It just has Thread Tools and Search This Thread in that location. Is the Help Forum not included?

That's correct. Jim (Savewave) had a list of forums to enable the Thread Rating and the Help section is one of the few that don't have it enabled.

I need more information. Your usergroup has the permissions. So my initial guess is you're viewing forums where the rating is not enabled. As mentioned above, not all forums are enabled.
Give me a specific thread where you're not seeing the rating - like a link to the thread where you took that screen capture.

I found the issue with the OT. It had custom permissions for Supporting Members and I resolved that.
Regarding this forum, the Help forum, like I replied to FortMorganAl's post above when he asked if this Help forum was included, Jim (Savewave) did not ask for this forum to be included and is one of the few that don't have it enabled.
