Last I know CorvetteForum does not allow pop-up advertising and if it occurs it's either a rogue ad or the member's computer has malware installed unknowingly to them.
In order to assist we'd need to see a screen capture of the pop-up as well as a click-through link.

it only happens when I get on the corvetteforum...its now on the right side and it says "hot deals" and I have to manually click on the arrow to close it each time

You can hit the Prnt Scr key and then open Paint and paste the image in, then print it or save it as a JPEG. As far as Pop ups, what browser are you using? Use Google Chrome......Microsoft Internet Explorer is not a great browser to use.

I am using Internet Explorer7 and it works great...I have enabled windows popup blocker and it woks everywhere else...no popups whatsoever except for on the corvetteforum...on the right side where the scroll bar is there is an arrow on the top right next to the bar that you can close the popup but it comes back everytime I do anything....
when I right click on the arrow and get to properties it gives this...http://forums.corvetteforum.com/help...post1586869292 http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-c...s-1997-2004-2/
None of the links you provided are the links that are needed to track down the origin of the ads. If it's flash-based you may need to click through the ad to get the destination.
I want to ad that just because they may appear here does not mean it's strictly a CorvetteForum issue and that there is no malware on your machine. It's not that simple.
