I have the same problem the last 2 days. I know it's not on my end because I'm receiving notifications from another forum I'm a member of and the links are still active in the emails.
As luck would have it I just received an email notification from another forum and this one also has a link that was not active. So I emailed that message back to myself and closed my email client. I then logged into the google email server and the link is clickable from there.
So, I assume it's my email client although I haven't made any configuration changes lately. Maybe there was an update I'm not aware of. I thought I would post the information that I think might be applicable to the resolution of this problem. Maybe others who are having issues will do this also and maybe we'll see a common link.
Email Client - Thunderbird version 24.6.0
Carrier - Windstream
Email Host - Google
When I view links in gmail they are hyperlinks (active links) and so this is being done by gmail.
I believe I found the issue with the links not being hyperlinks from CorvetteForum but need to wait until Monday to further discuss with the team as to why there was a change and to notify that the change resulted in this issue.
In other words, it is an issue with the way CorvetteForum is sending out emails.

Thanks J T for your assistance - let me know if you need anything else.
I see J T's response above but thought this might add some info when looking into the issue.
Same issues here starting on 7/3. Emails had links on the morning of 7/3, but those that came through during the afternoon (and since then) do not. I'm using *** as my provider, and have Thunderbird as an email client. No updates to Thunderbird for the last couple of weeks, and I'm not aware of any at ***.
