problem loading pics

problem loading pics
I can open a new thread, click on 'browse'. select a picture, open, and get it into the box.
But: then I can't scroll down a little, to find the 'insert' box. The photo takes up the entire frame/screen, and it will not let me scroll down.
Please advise.
