Forum Page Scroll Hangup
I have been experiencing and issue for the past few days, and I am wondering whether it has to do with the forum itself, or my browser, or something else.
This same thing seemed to be occurring a few months back, but it disappeared. The problem is like this:
When I click on a page or a thread, the page will freeze momentarily, or a few seconds, after it has come up/appeared. Then, I will be able to scroll through the thread. This occurs after most clicks to go from one page to another. I have no problem posting once the page comes up.
The first time I noticed this was several months ago when I upgraded from Windows 8.0 to Windows 8.1. I am running Internet Explorer 11.

No tech skills here, but my guess is that the page won't scroll until everything on the page has fully loaded. I experience the same issue from time to time when the site is slow or my connection is slow.
