There is no error as not recognizing a username. Please be sure as to what the exact issue and error message is for us to be able to assist.
The username PeterB does exist and shows activity on the account yesterday with the last post being the 11th.
There is an error about not recognizing the email address, which would only be displayed if the member was trying to use the Password Recovery because they forgot their password.

I replied to your PM. The username PeterB is valid. The only possibility is he forgot his password or is not entering it in correctly. Therefore, I assigned a temp password and gave you the details to pass on to him.
