At this time, there is no software within the forums that can correct that issue. You need a photo editing tool or to take the pictures right-side up.
This is not an issue specific to CorvetteForum and is common online. What happens is that the iphone user takes the picture upside down. The iphone knows this and corrects this but things outside of Apple don't exactly work that way.

I would first recommend take photos right-side up because when posting them outside of Apple's world, they may not appear correctly and will thus require extra work via software.
I recommend IRFanView: http://www.irfanview.com as it's a free, lightweight, program that can easily make simple changes to photos and can even do so in Batch. You could have the program flip each photo right-side up in Batch (all at once).
