I don't like the new system either Roy, takes too long to post a pic waiting for it to load. I can type in at the end faster than that. Try it manually using the pic code and those two.
Check the size of the image you are trying to post. Be sure to stay small. too large will give the types of problems your are incurring.
That is exactly right...
Every Windows PC has MSPaint...you can open the picture in that application hit the "Resize" option along the menu bar and type in, say, 50% and "Save As" the picture under another name and reduce the size for uploading.
Roy, It was probably just a server hiccup or something......So are those the pics you wanted to post?????
Rich
p.s. you DID notice my pictures of the Sav-Ur-Life light, right? Is it still working good? I hope you didn't ever need it for a real break-down!
roy I still have it in my 55 and never needed it yet, my 55 never brakes down but had to do a valve job last summer on the original engine ,now has 118000 miles on it , again thanks for the Sav-Ur-Life light
Now it don't work again adding a pic. this forum works some time then not
Roy, all 3 photos are less than 300kb, so here goes.....
All 3 uploaded fine via the "Image" clickbox at the header. Now I will try to attach them via the Advanced, Manage Attachments method....
...........and they appear to be fine, see below. I'm afraid it's something on your end, maybe your internet server is having intermittent trouble or your home internet is acting up. I've had a intermittent Cable Modem before and finally crapped out 100%, before I then figured out my in-house hardware was a problem.
Give it a few hours and if still bad you may want to call your ISP.
I'll post those pics in a new thread for you called "1955 Copper Photos" so you can write your text associated with it.
