You mean Private Messages?
On the top of each page is a check box as shown in the first attachment. Click on that and all message on that page will be selected. You can unselect a messages that you don't want included.
Or click on the check box next to each group to select that group (last week, yesterday, today, etc.)
Then scroll to the bottom and select Delete and Go button as shown in the second attachment.
