Default Web Site Issues??

Is anyone having a lot of problem getting this site to function. It's freezing up continually the last two days.

I'm not having that issue elsewhere...on other sites or forums.

But on this one I goes on for hours...works once in a while then freezes up.

It took me nearly an hour to make this post...???

Thanks...Stan

No problems here.

You may need to run malware bytes and Spybot S&D.

Same here, have to reload the page a few times for it to work properly.

BTW, i run adblocker. If you are waiting for some third party site to send something, and that third party site is having delays, you will too.

It took 4 trys for me to answer this.....and that's a " big" improvement.

I can't even get out of this web site sometimes, I have to turn off the computer manually, and start over somewhere else.. It's really aggravating......very bad.

I'm puzzled why Corvette Forum is the only place I have these issues...???

It's been awful yesterday and today. Locks up and you have to open again and again and you finally get it to work. It won't scroll or let you open a thread when it's frozen. All day yesterday and today. It's only the forum that has the problem, all other websites I use work normally.

It's something with the site/server. It's all jacked up. I can't stand it anymore, and will return when they figure it out and fix it. It's not my stuff.

Did all of that, no help. IB owns my Porsche sites and they are working fine?

Hmm, strange that the other 200,000+ forum members are not reporting the problem.

Read back, you'll see more responses with the problem than without. You think all 200,000 would be on at the same time? You think all would gripe if they did? When the same problem happens at the same time for several members, I guess it could be a coincidence. It's been moved off the General page now, so 199,990 won't even see it.

I believe the issue is with an ad unit and/or ad script. I see no evidence of a "hack", which to say we've been hacked is a bit of a blind jump just because the site isn't working correctly.

The issue is being looked into.

Running okay here too, now. Sometimes I get a crawler that says a script is running..............blah, blah and the thing freezes. Sometimes I get a message that Internet Explorer has to retrieve the CF page.

Then, it's locked up.

No problem on any other site.
