The new forum software will let you post/upload directly from your mobile device. Ipad/Iphone is no problem.
Just click on the insert picture and browse to your photo in your camera roll.

I'll try again but all of my prior iPad pic posts were upside down. They appear right side up to me but no one else. When I look from my PC though, there're upside down. How's this one?

Scroll all the way to the bottom and click web view. Get out of mobile view. Then right above this text box you will see a picture icon. Click it and then you can upload pictures.
