missing PM functions

The PM system is only available to "established" CorvetteForum members. We can't disclose what exactly is "established" but anyone using CorvetteForum for its intended purpose will easily be able to meet the requirements.
In short, the PM system will automatically be enabled for accounts once they've become "established".
You will find this asked a few times in this Help section with the same response. We don't manually allow some members, and not others, around this restriction.
