Even the full url won't work...
... adding the wrap doesn't help.
I've had the same issues with several videos I've posted. I've seen other users embed videos since, but I'm not sure if the issue is specific to the video, or the user.

You're using the old YT tag. Simply copy/paste the YouTube URL and it will work. I corrected your post above.
